Built out of frustration. Refined into a vision.

I was running outreach for my startup — and I was drowning. Spreadsheets full of names I'd forget. DMs I'd send too early. Prospects I'd warm up for weeks, then lose because I forgot to follow up. My team was DMing the same founders. Twice.

I built v1 as a quick internal tool. Then v2 when the team grew. By v3, I realised I wasn't just solving an outreach problem — I was building an intelligence layer for professional relationships.

Pipeline XOS is the tool I wish existed when I started. It's opinionated, structured, and AI-first by design. Not because AI is trendy — but because relationships are too complex, too time-sensitive, and too valuable to manage manually.
