Why We Built This
Pipeline XOS started as an internal tool for a small outreach team that was drowning. Spreadsheets full of names nobody remembered. DMs sent far too early. Prospects warmed for weeks, then lost to a forgotten follow-up. Two teammates messaging the same founder in the same week.
v1 patched the worst of it. v2 arrived when the team grew and the process needed structure. By v3, it was clear this wasn't an outreach problem at all — it was a missing intelligence layer for professional relationships.
So we built the tool we wished existed on day one. Opinionated, structured, and AI-first by design. Not because AI is trendy, but because relationships are too complex, too time-sensitive, and too valuable to manage by hand.
